Monument

Monument is a titling version of Manuskript Antiqua, originally designed by Oldrich Menhart in 1952. Ralph M. Unger, who also redesigned Menhart’s Manuskript Antiqua, redrew, completed and digitally remastered Monument for profonts. Monument is also available as part of URW’s Manuskript Antiqua volume.

Northport

Northport is a jaunty, casual and non-connecting script that comes with six styles as light, medium, bold plus italics.

Oxford

profonts Oxford was originally  designed by Christine Lord in 1960 and digitally remastered by profonts in 2009. The font contains lower case characters only. It is a multi-line display design with a continuous connecting horizontal line that combines all characters. This combination makes it special and very sporty. profonts Oxford is ideal for any design of sporting character.

Palisade Pro

Palisade Pro is a new, very elegant script family developed and manufactured in OpenType Pro format by profonts studio.

Each of the eight weights contains approximately 1250 characters! The character range includes the complete Latin layout for Western and Eastern Europe, including the Baltic states, Romania and Turkey.

Moreover, the character set contains a large selection of handcrafted ligatures (about 450 per font!), character combinations and alternative characters, which make this attractive script perfect for OTF-enabled applications such as InDesign and Quark Xpress version 7and later.

The volume contains:
Light & Italic, Regular & Italic, Medium & Italic, Bold & Italic

Pedell Pro

Pedell is a new profonts script which simulates handwriting with chalk. Up to now, this type of design had not been available in profonts’s library of script fonts.

Pedell was designed by German type designer Ralph M. Unger. It is a well readable, lively and not too childish handwriting font, whose usage is not confinded simply to school environments.

Beware that this font contains beside standard letters also those for East-European languages and cyrillic letters.

Peter Schlemihl

Adalbert von Chamissio wrote that wondrous story about the man who sold his shadow to the devil. Walter Thiemann recovered that shadow when he put a thin and a shadow line around his Tiemann Fraktur. It is an embellished and delightful typeface, this Peter Schlemihl. It is probably one of the most beautiful typefaces among the outline, Shadow and striped black letter fonts. (Albert Kapr)

Polo

Polo is one of Ralph M. Unger's original designs, a very beautiful non-slanted script font, quite lively despite its upright characters.
Polo is reminiscent of the wild brush typefaces of 1960s.
Ralph M. Unger designed and digitized this font exclusively for profonts in 2002.

Rhapsody

Rhapsody is clearly showing Unger's love with Blackletters and Gothics. Other than many of the existing Blackletters, Rhapsody is really easy to read. The calligraphic forms of the upper case in connexion with its lower case appear very special, very unique. Rhapsody, having its origins in the 50ies, was redesigned, completed and expanded by Unger for the URW++ FontForum. TM Bauer Types, SL

Roberta

Roberta goes back to the old poster fonts of the 1930s. It is an excellent alternative and combination to fonts like Arnold Böcklin or Hobo.
Ralph M. Unger redrew and digitized this font exclusively for profonts in 2003. His work is based on artwork taken from old font catalogues.

Santa Fe
